Quite dark on appearance, almost like a Ribena/Vimto cordial before the water gets added. Nose is quite neutral throughout although that’s nothing a bit of decanting can’t fix. The taste is incredibly light and white wine-like, which stems down to the fermentation process which was in limestone concrete. As a result this juice bomb is super drinkable with a touch of crunchiness just to make things interesting. Impressively juicy with a pleasant addition of dryness on the mouthfeel, massive pomegranate vibes… crunchy, not too sour, light and enjoyable.

Vignetti Tardis is a collaborative project founded by Jack Lewens and Bruno de Conciliis back in 2017. Once upon a time Jack was the co-owner and sommelier at Leroy in Shoreditch, London and somewhere along the line he decided enough was enough on the front lines of the restaurant scene and packed it in for a new-found career of producing natural wines alongside his business partner, and natural winemaking wizkid  Bruno. A somewhat familiar, yet inspiring story! They are situated in Cilento located in Campania’s southerly region.
