Lucky for us we’ve got our hands on a small amount of Benoit’s incredible Englatine Rosé pet nat. A wine that's explosive flavour and looks hide behind a classy bottle. Deceiving as it may look, this clean, bubbly blend of cab franc and grolleau hits the glass in pink and orange tones. A tampered bronze with a fizz that’s guaranteed to bring up feelings. Clean, bright aromas. Crisp, smooth flavours. Sweetness with the perfect amount of acidity. Touches of currents, raspberries, and stone fruits all hit the roof of your mouth on the gulp, and the bottles are gone before you know it.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Benoit Courault - a man of simple pleasures and humble tendencies. Good wine, good friends, and a good lifestyle all seem to be at the core of this gentlemans beliefs.
Spending a decade living in a small airstream container in the centre of him vineyard, he’s now slowly but surely hand built his own home in the beautiful and bountiful area of Faye D’Anjou in France, where him, two friends and his horses tend to the vineyard without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilisers to make the amazing wine Benoit is known for. A lifestyle all could be jealous of.
