The ‘Blooming Island Pet Nat Rose’ is a pink sparkling wine that’s incredibly lively, and super fresh - everything you want from a natural sparkling wine. Instantly before this bubbly pink juice even hits the glass you’re gonna get distinctively sweet aromas of pears and peaches just to get you perked up and ready for the upcoming full body experience you’re about to have. Appearance wise we’re talking about a bottle that looks to be sparkling peach juice, but with a boozy twist. Absolutely dazzling. Once you get around to tasting this beauty you’ll be instantly reminded of the acidity levels, which are sharp, somewhat similar to a strawberry that’s a day or two away from pure ripeness followed by a gorgeous bubbly mouthfeel to wash it all away. 

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Dimitrios Kioutsoukis is the main man at the Kamara Estate, but Dimitrios and ourselves here at the Bodega pride ourselves of the values that come with family, so it’s got to be mentioned right off the bat that the Kamara Estate as a natural winery would not be half of what it is today without the help of the entire Kioutsoukis family who help run the business alongside Dimitrios - a proper family affair. As a matter of fact the entire Kioutsoukis family are super  passionate about nature, so much so that they abandoned their city life for a move into the Northern countryside of Greece. Their main goal as a natural winery is to give birth to wines which are versatile, and unique that express both their philosophy and the terroir.
